Meet Dr. David Hunter

Meet Board-Certified Oral Surgeon David Hunter, DDS, in the DFW Metroplex
Dr. Hunter obtained his bachelor’s degree while a student-athlete at Sam Houston State University and his doctorate from Baylor College of Dentistry, while a member of the honor society. He completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, where he served as chief resident in his final year. Dr. Hunter also served at the Veterans Hospital during his residency.
Dr. Hunter’s clinical interest in pediatric surgery and dental implant reconstruction has been a constant within his practice. He is a past president of the North Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a previous instructor for Advanced Cardiovascular and Pediatric Life Support.
