Dean B. Spingola, D.M.D., M.D.

Dr. Spingola is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, graduating from both with honors. He then completed two years of general surgery as part of his maxillofacial surgery residency at the Allegheny University of Health Sciences in Pittsburgh. He then completed a facial cosmetic surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama Medical Center. His expanded training and interest in cosmetic surgery allow him to offer complete oral and maxillofacial care and broadens the scope of services provided for patients. Dr. Spingola has published a textbook chapter on facial cosmetics and has been recognized by his peers and nominated by several regional magazines as a leading oral surgeon.

Dr. Spingola spends his free time with his wife, Ashley, and their son. He also enjoys golfing, working out and playing softball. Dr. Spingola is very active in the local community, as well as, with his family’s activities back in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Spingola has been nominated by his peers as one of the premier surgeons in his field and has been featured in Texas Monthly Magazine and Fort Worth Texas Magazine.
