Welcome! We’re happy to help you arrange an appointment which is convenient for your schedule. Please contact us during the following hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
  • The office does not close for lunch.

Our intention is to have everything ready for you before you walk in the door; so we’ll ask for your name, address, insurance information and other important material. To prepare for your visit, we also ask you to register online the week (or earlier) before your appointment. If you can’t register online the week before, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment.
